We worked with Eun’s team when purchasing our current home in Tustin and have nothing but positive comments towards her professionalism and efforts in helping us find the right home. We were from out of state on a tight schedule as we had already gave 30 day notice to our current homeowner and needed a new home quickly. Euni’s team worked with us as we looked at over 50 ~ 60 different homes over a couple of weekends making sure that we had all the time needed to make our decision. Most of visits were by appointment only and we had to drive randomly all over the places to meet the appointment time. Despite this she always made homevisit fun. I am so thankful to Euni when she helped me sell my house. Here is the story.
When I contacted Euni to get an estimated price on my house, I was thinking it was a bit higher than I thought since there was a sold shortsale comps very close to my house ( same sqft, same floor plan and location).
She homestaged with her own skill and made sure my home was eye catching to the buyer. I felt like I was living in a model house after Euni’s homestaging /decorating but I was still worried about the highr price than my neighbor shortsale home price. I would see my house for- sale Ads all over the internet and, Euni invited neighbors and did openhouse. After 10 days of waiting, offer started to come in. Two cash offers and three loan buyers with full price. I felt like jumping. Euni made a quick decision on which offer to take after asking many questions t and her own researches. I sold my house finally with neighborhood record price and I still get contacted by previous neighbors for her contact infos. I was in San Jose. I found Euni from one of complimentary comments on Korean American website.
I wasn’t surprised when Euni already knew what I needed or what I was going to need when I even started talking to her. It seemed to me that she dealt with so many clients like such as me.
